The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for the week of December 16 reveals Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) hypnotherapy sessions will hit pay dirt.
Also coming up, Ian Ward (Ray Wise) will target Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). Plus, Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will get some positive news. And Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) wants to prove herself at Jabot.
Y&R spoilers tease Nate will meet up with Denise Tolliver (Telma Hopkins) and Amy Lewis (Valarie Pettiford). Denise will tell Nate and Amy that she found Damian and she’ll ask how they’d like to proceed.

Meanwhile, after listening in on Tessa, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), Ian will come up with an idea. He’ll tell Jordan Howard (Colleen Zenk) that Tessa has no idea who he is, so he’ll plan on befriending her. But will she fall into his trap?
At Jabot, Diane will be more than determined to make her husband proud. He put her in charge of a whole new division that will highlight Jabot’s classic products. Y&R speculation indicates Diane will receive support from someone unlikely. Could it be Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson)?
Other Y&R spoilers tease Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) will put on a happy face for Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant). Plus, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will stand his ground with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). And Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will assist Claire Newman (Hayley Erin).

Finally, Alan Laurent (Christopher Cousins) will hypnotize Sharon and he’ll take her back to the night of the car accident. Sharon will realize she’s not responsible for running Phyllis off the road, which will be a huge load off her mind.
However, there’ll be even more surprises later in the week, when she’s hypnotized again. Sharon will flash back to the night Heather Stevens (Vail Bloom) died and she’ll remember that someone else snuck into the apartment and may have even killed Heather. But who?
Regardless, the more black out memories Sharon recalls, the more worried Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will become. And he’ll have good reason to be, since Ian will tell Jordan he wants Sharon eliminated tout suite. So, can Nick protect her?
